PisoMatch revisa periódicamente anuncios de alquiler publicados en distintos portales inmobiliarios y otras fuentes públicas. Avisa al usuario de los que encajan con sus criterios de búsqueda, mediante un resumen con las caracterÃsticas del inmueble y un enlace al anuncio original.
El servicio está disponible en las aplicaciones para iOS y Android, en la web y a través de Telegram.
PisoMatch no es una agencia inmobiliaria ni intermedia en contratos de alquiler. No representa a anunciantes ni a usuarios, no negocia condiciones y no gestiona pagos, fianzas ni reservas.
PisoMatch aplica un filtro automático de fiabilidad a los anuncios, basado en criterios como la existencia de fotografÃas o la coherencia del texto. En PisoMatch Premium, además, podemos contactar por teléfono con el anunciante para comprobar si el inmueble sigue disponible.
Estas comprobaciones reducen, pero no eliminan, el riesgo de anuncios inexactos o fraudulentos. No visitamos los inmuebles ni comprobamos la identidad del anunciante ni su derecho a alquilar la vivienda.
En consecuencia, PisoMatch no responde de la veracidad, disponibilidad o legalidad de los anuncios publicados por terceros, ni de los acuerdos entre el usuario y el anunciante, y no garantiza que el usuario encuentre vivienda.
Recomendación: no realices ningún pago sin haber visitado el inmueble y comprobado la identidad del arrendador.
Para usar el servicio debes registrarte con un correo electrónico válido y una contraseña. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de la actividad realizada con tu cuenta.
El servicio no está dirigido a menores de 14 años.
PisoMatch ofrece un plan gratuito con funciones limitadas y publicidad, y una suscripción de pago, PisoMatch Premium, que amplÃa el número de búsquedas y anuncios inmobiliarios disponibles y elimina la publicidad.
Los nuevos usuarios pueden probar PisoMatch Premium gratis durante 3 dÃas. Si no cancelas al menos 24 horas antes de que termine la prueba, la suscripción pasa automáticamente a 6,99 € al mes. Si cancelas durante la prueba, no se te cobra nada. La prueba gratuita solo puede disfrutarse una vez por cuenta de Apple o de Google Play.
No está permitido usar PisoMatch para fines ilÃcitos, intentar eludir sus medidas de seguridad, extraer de forma automatizada el contenido del servicio ni interferir en su funcionamiento.
PisoMatch puede suspender o cancelar las cuentas que incumplan estos términos. Si la suspensión afecta a una suscripción de pago, te lo comunicaremos por correo electrónico indicando el motivo.
La aplicación, su diseño, su código y la marca PisoMatch pertenecen a su titular. Los anuncios enlazados pertenecen a sus autores y a los portales donde se publican; PisoMatch solo muestra un resumen propio y un enlace al original.
Para el uso de la app en dispositivos Apple se aplica además el Contrato de licencia de usuario final estándar de Apple. Estos términos se celebran entre tú y la titular de PisoMatch, no con Apple, que no es responsable de la app ni de su contenido.
Podemos actualizar estos términos por cambios legales o del servicio. Te avisaremos de los cambios importantes a través de la app o por correo electrónico antes de que se apliquen.
Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la app, en Perfil > Zona de peligro > Eliminar cuenta, o desde nuestra página de eliminación de cuenta. Eliminar la cuenta no cancela una suscripción de la tienda de aplicaciones: cancélala también desde los ajustes de suscripciones de tu iPhone o cuenta de Google Play.

PisoMatch periodically reviews rental listings published on various real estate portals and other public sources. It notifies users of listings that match their search criteria, through a summary of the property's features and a link to the original listing.
The service is available in the iOS and Android apps, on the web and through Telegram.
PisoMatch is not a real estate agency and does not act as an intermediary in rental agreements. It does not represent advertisers or users, does not negotiate terms, and does not handle payments, deposits or reservations.
PisoMatch applies an automatic reliability filter to listings, based on criteria such as the presence of photos or the consistency of the text. With PisoMatch Premium, we may also contact the advertiser by phone to check whether the property is still available.
These checks reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of inaccurate or fraudulent listings. We do not visit the properties, and we do not verify the advertiser's identity or their right to rent the property.
Consequently, PisoMatch is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or legality of listings published by third parties, or for any agreements between the user and the advertiser, and does not guarantee that the user will find a home.
Recommendation: never make any payment without having visited the property and verified the landlord's identity.
To use the service, you must register with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
The service is not intended for children under 14.
PisoMatch offers a free plan with limited features and advertising, and a paid subscription, PisoMatch Premium, which increases the number of searches and property listings available and removes advertising.
New users can try PisoMatch Premium free for 3 days. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to €6.99 per month. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. The free trial can only be used once per Apple or Google Play account.
You may not use PisoMatch for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass its security measures, extract the service's content by automated means, or interfere with its operation.
PisoMatch may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. If the suspension affects a paid subscription, we will notify you by email stating the reason.
The app, its design, its code and the PisoMatch brand belong to its owner. Linked listings belong to their authors and to the portals where they are published; PisoMatch only displays its own summary and a link to the original.
When the app is used on Apple devices, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are concluded between you and the owner of PisoMatch, not with Apple, which is not responsible for the app or its content.
We may update these terms due to legal or service changes. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
You can delete your account at any time from the app, under Profile > Danger Zone > Delete account, or from our account deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel an app store subscription: cancel it as well from your iPhone subscription settings or Google Play account.
